We offer $10 flat rate shipping for orders up to $150 within Australia, and free shipping for orders over $150.

We are confident you will love your Nellie’s Lane skirt but if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.

PLEASE NOTE: To receive a full refund, items returned must be unused, with the tags still attached.

We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

We do not refund for change of mind.

We process all returns within 5 business days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return and credit note code as soon as it is ready.

If you've received an incorrect or faulty item, please email photos of the fault to so we can confirm the return is acceptable. Nellies Lane does not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or faults to the garment made by the customer.

Our Products

You'll find sizing information on every product page. We include measurements of each skirt, as well as information about what size the model is wearing.

Our lovely friend Dian from Kuta, Indonesia was employed to sew the skirts along with her husband.

This opportunity has given Dian's family much needed money to survive during the continually challenging times of Covid-19. Dian's family and my family have become very close during this process.

Dian sources all fabrics from the local fabric markets which further supports the local communities.
